Robert is a seasoned sales leadership expert with more than two decades of international experience in devising sales strategies, building high-performance teams, structuring sales processes, and improving operational margins. Before joining EdgeMark Associates, he ran small and mid-sized companies and held senior roles in major global groups, often traveling 130+ days per year, which meant huge professional gains but personal costs - missed family events, feeling barely rooted in any single community, and an unsustainable work-life balance.
Robert’s passion lies in restoring balance - for himself and for others. He now lives in one place, is home every night, supports his children’s activities, and works with business owners to help them grow sales, improve productivity, tighten margins, and achieve sustainable results - all while regaining control over their personal and family lives. He launched Recharge Consulting to put his experience, tools, and lessons learned to work helping others avoid the “vicious cycle” of overworking, underperforming sales, and weakening teams.
